Each step is supported by our fully audited ISO9001 quality control procedures to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the installation process.
Our labour policy ensures that there is a mix of high quality directly employed installers supplemented by teams of sub-contract labour who are committed to delivering the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
All our staff, operatives and sub-contractors are required to have the relevant CSCS and SMSTS Qualifications before entering a Weatherwise project.
Safety is at the forefront of our approach to the building envelope solution and is reflected in our installation procedures through the site specific method statements and risk assessments carried out prior to any on site work taking place.
We are also committed to ensuring that our labour force are suitably qualified, whether directly employed or sub-contract, for the demanding challenges of building envelope construction.
